Our bites include only 9 ingredients:

As of May 2024, we have removed Semisweet Chocolate and Allulose from our formula.

Where does the caffeine come from?

The caffeine comes from green tea leaves. Perfectly natural!

What's allulose?

Allulose is a naturally-occurring rare sugar found in certain plants and fruits (including figs, raisins, wheat, maple syrup, and molasses).

It tastes just like the sugar you’re used to, but has almost no glycemic impact and almost zero calories (less than 0.4 cal/g).

Is CAFF nut-free?

Yes - We do not use any nuts in the formulation of our bites, but the facility we manufacture in is not nut-free.

Are CAFF bites healthy?

Of course! Each bites has only 15 calories and no added sugar. Additionally, bites are vegan, gluten-free, and keto-friendly.

How long do the bites stay fresh?

Bites are good for 9-12 months. As long as a RXBAR!

Where are the bites made?

CAFF Bites are made, packaged, and shipped in Brooklyn, NY.

What do you mean by dosing?

You can calibrate (or "dose") your caffeine intake to your energy needs:

  • 1 bite equals the caffeine of an espresso.
  • 2 bites equal the caffeine of a drip coffee.
  • 3 bites equal the caffeine of a cold brew.

We don’t offer expedited shipping at this time, but if you’re craving CAFF right now, we promise it’s worth a few day’s wait.

Help! My package says it was delivered, but it’s not here!

Don’t panic! Sometimes orders can be prematurely marked as delivered or might have been dropped off at a front desk or mailroom. If you still haven’t received your order by the end of the next business day, let us know at info@eatcaff.com.

How long will it take for my order to arrive and how do I track it?

We process most orders within 1 business day, and delivery typically takes 2-3 days within the US. Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a shipping confirmation and all the tracking info.
